The Judicial Research and Studies Center of the Judicial Department in Abu Dhabi has issued; A special issue of the Judiciary and the Law Journal included the presentation of research related to legal solutions and treatments for the emerging Corona pandemic. This is in the context of the department’s endeavor to enrich scientific research in the legal and judicial fields, in response to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and Head of the Judicial Department in Abu Dhabi, in raising the efficiency of the judicial system and improving judicial services by keeping pace with societal developments in Kavi Minahi Economic, social and security life.
The Judicial Department clarified that the new issue of the “Judiciary and Law” magazine includes many court studies that dealt with the legal implications of the new Corona pandemic, the problems created by the conditions for fighting the epidemic, and the future prospects for legal science based on the lessons learned from dealing with the pandemic and the repercussions it generates. She added; That the publication is available exclusively as an electronic copy through the Central Library system of the Judicial Department, under the directives of His Excellency Counselor Yousef Saeed Al-Abri, Undersecretary of the Judicial Department in Abu Dhabi; To stop paper circulation in all dealings in the department, as part of preventive measures to limit the spread of the Coronavirus “Covid 19”. Emphasizing its keenness to publish scientific research and specialized studies, and to follow up on judicial jurisprudence and the renewed problems that arise. And working to cope with the problems created by the local economic and social transformations, which necessitate the search for legal solutions that require jurisprudence based on the spirit of local legislation without ignoring the developments of legislation worldwide.
